At Perfect Day Signs, we want your experience to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our goal is to provide you with beautifully crafted signs that arrive on time, exactly as you imagined. Here’s everything you need to know about ordering with us.

1. Ordering & Customisation

  • Placing an Order: You can order directly through our website or reach out if you’d like something more customised—we’re happy to help!

  • Personalised Signs: If your sign is custom-made, please provide all details (text, colours, size, etc.) at checkout. If you need any changes, let us know within 24 hours of ordering.

  • Proof Approval: We’ll send you a digital preview of your custom sign before we make it. Once you approve it, we’ll start production, so please double-check everything!

2. Production & Delivery – Always On Time!

  • Processing Time: We aim to get your sign made and ready to go within X-XX business days (depending on the design). If you need it urgently, just ask—we’ll do our best to speed things up!

  • Guaranteed On-Time Delivery: We understand how important your event is, so we promise to have your sign ready in time. Just be sure to order within the recommended time frame.

  • Shipping Options: We offer both standard and express shipping at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

3. Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to Cancel? No problem—just let us know ASAP, if we have already started making your sign then cancellation might not be possible, so please get in touch ASAP.

  • Need to Make Changes? Please let us know ASAP, but after production starts, we can’t guarantee changes—so please check your order carefully!

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Because each sign is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a mistake on our part.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders? We want you to be thrilled with your sign! If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
